Welcome to the September issue of Enchanted Belle. We now find ourselves gearing up for fall. Cleaning our clothes, packing away sundresses and bathing suits and pulling out cashmere vests and soft wool pants.
But just as we clean out our closets, so we must clean out our makeup bags, start the switch to winter products and repair the damage done to our skin, hair and nails from summer’s heat, wind and chlorine.
This month we tackle the change of season, at the same time as teaching you how to choose and wear the new fall makeup trends, hair styles and tone down our manicure and pedicure colors.
